RETURN & REFUND POLICY – Ed Hardy Originals

30‑Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Unused – The item has not been worn, washed, or altered.
Original packaging – The item is returned in its original box or bag with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Quality issues – If the item has a manufacturing defect or does not match the description, it qualifies for return under this policy.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Intimate apparel / lingerie (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page)
How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at info@edhardyoriginals.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop off the package at the carrier location indicated on the label.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is completely free for all eligible returns. We will cover the cost of the return label. There are no restocking fees.
Refund Processing Time
After we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
Refund Arrival Time
Once we have processed the refund, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@edhardyoriginals.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo or video showing the defect or the incorrect item
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you, including all return shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order separately. This ensures you receive your desired item as quickly as possible.
