Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has left our facility.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship only within Canada. We do not offer international shipping to other countries at this time. If you are located outside Canada, you will not be able to complete a purchase on our website.

Delivery Time

After processing, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days to addresses within Canada. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your exact location, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Carriers

We work with a network of reputable carriers to ensure reliable delivery. The carrier assigned to your order (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or other regional logistics providers) will be determined based on your shipping address and package specifications. You will be able to track your shipment regardless of which carrier is used.

Shipping Cost

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. There are no hidden handling fees or fuel surcharges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@edhardyoriginals.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct the address. Once shipped, we cannot redirect the package, and we are not responsible for deliveries made to the address you provided.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, depending on the circumstances, will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier service disruptions, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control. We will notify you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
